At BashFashion, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This policy outlines your cancellation rights and our procedures, in line with UK consumer protection laws.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Unshipped Orders: You can cancel any unshipped order for a full refund at no charge. Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse in China, it cannot be cancelled but must be returned following our Returns Policy.

How to Cancel: Contact us immediately at sales@bashfashion.co.uk with your order number, or log into your account at account.bashfashion.co.uk to manage your order.

Processing Time: Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM (UK time).

2. Your Statutory Cancellation Rights

14-Day Cancellation Right: Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving any reason.

30-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have 30 days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us of your wish to cancel. This is your statutory "cooling-off period."

3. Cancellation Process

Before Shipping (1-3 business days):

  • Email sales@bashfashion.co.uk with your order number
  • Full refund processed within 7 days
  • No cancellation fees

After Shipping:

  • Order cannot be cancelled but can be returned
  • Follow our Returns Policy procedures
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs (unwanted items)

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Processing Time: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 days of cancellation confirmation.

Refund Method: All refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Refund Amount:

  • Unshipped orders: Full refund including shipping costs
  • Shipped orders: Follow Returns Policy terms

5. Order Cutoff Times

Our order cutoff time is 3:00 PM London time, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, giving you more time to cancel if needed.

6. Items That Cannot Be Cancelled After Shipping

Once shipped, the following items cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our Returns Policy:

  • Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)
  • Underwear or swimwear where hygiene seals are broken
  • Pierced jewellery where seals are broken
